Summary
Data collected beginning in August 2018 at 3 sites located in the Lower Keys (all were 10 x 10m plots). Monitoring ~every 1-2 weeks until disease appeared, then monitored ~twice weekly.

These data provide information about the impact of colony-level coral disease treatments on the small scale spatial epidemiology of the disease (within colony disease progression rates; inter- and intra-specific disease transmission rates) and overall live tissue cover.
